ZOMX910A an all original Marx 1954 FORT APACHE playset #3614. This was the set that contained the new for that year revised much better detailed and more able to stand up 60mm frontiersmen and Indians. Also know for the striking colors of the figures.
BOX is in EXCELLENT + condition-bright and un marred. Has original two sided instruction sheet and a couple of the paper bags. Contents as nice as you will find in a lightly played with set.Previously assembled and then re-flatten excellent tin cabin, all matched fort walls, gate and two 6 piece blockhouses with 4 ladders ( ladders have the typical missing small tabs).Perfect 8 piece matched outdoor acc set, two rocks and a dead tree( tree has one tip of branch missing) and a perfect HP yellow tepee with nice top piece. A silver firing cannon with 4 shells, blue hard plastic buckboard with vinyl harness and a matched flagpole + base with clean 20 star tin flag.
Figures are soft plastic not vinyl and all in matching shades. They consist of Three 60mm bareback horses, the set of 6 revised frontiersmen and woman, 2 sets of 6 each of the "stockade series" Indians, a set of 8 "skinny or Warrior of the world series and a set of 8 "camp" series Indians ( one Indian has a parted bowstring, that’s 28 Indians with 22 different poses!
