The s&h charges are NOT for the Gift Certificate, but for the item or items to be ordered and therefore part of the Gift Certificate total. The invoice you receive by email will be the actual Gift Certificate, no other will be sent.
To order have the recipient use our online shopping cart. When finished scroll to the very bottom of the page and use the ''PRINT to order by fax or mail'' button.
When contacted by CTS they will need to know the OnlineOrder number and the Date on the Gift Certificate receipt.
